SAFE+ Certification GmbH stands, as an independent and accredited conformity assessment body for plastics and other organic materials, alongside the value chain — certifying drinking water contact materials and safeguarding their impact on drinking water within the legal framework.
Beyond our core certification business we are a competent partner for petition processes for substances entering positive lists (annexes of KTW-BWGL, Union list of Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, CFR Title 21 US/FDA and further international regulations), with more than twenty years of experience with national and international authorities.
We are represented in several national and international bodies (UBA, BfR, JRC, …), keeping us at the pulse of regulatory development.
